FEM International contributes to gender equality, capacity building and sustainable development in the following ways:

1. By offering socially responsible entrepreneurship training programs to local and international producers
2. Through increasing awareness on responsible consumption
3. By creating an ethical and fair-trade market for products made by women in Quebec and abroad by means of Ethik-BGC
4. In promoting local and international volunteering.
