Our “ Empo-Women ” fundraising campaign is an initiative whose main objective is to raise funds for the various international programs of FEM International.
This year we will be focusing our fundraising effort on our Thailand and India women empowerment and training programs. The 2006-2007 campaign seeks to motive individuals and organizations around the globe, to join forces and help us reshape the situation of unprivileged girls and women in developing countries.
The campaign includes an on-line International Campaign as well as the International Women-Leadership Award Contest.
Through our campaigning we hope to bring together women leaders from around the globe to work together and raise awareness of some of the vulnerable and degraded situations women endure in developing countries. And, so importantly the funds that are needed to activate the programs of FEM international to begin reshaping these situations.
